This session will allow you to get familiarized with the parliamentary process and rights before AGM begins.

Any 'Last minute' motion(s)
Members will submit motion(s) to NMAD secretary to be added to the annual general meeting agenda.
10:30 AM-12:30 PM
Annual general meeting
The meeting begins at 10:30 AM and the number of members will be counted for parliamentary purposes.
12:30 PM-1:00 PM
Networking time #2
Members will have the opportunity to have a chat with NMAD board members and fellow NMAD members.

Meeting room is closed
All NMAD members must leave the meeting room as the NMAD board members will clean up and wrap up.
